    Superfluous

In relation to this thread: Oxem asking for account login/email prior to purchase

This is perfectly normal to ask for login information and here's why

    1. the buyer expressed his fear of being scammed having being scammed before
    2. There is an active DO NOT PURCHASE thread where logins are hosted and posted (List of accounts NOT to purchase; click to report recovered accounts!) and also this website (Best site to report runescape scammed account, runescape scammer names, runescape scammed sellers) which i can provide proof to the validity of the information posted there. Having being scammed myself.

This is clearly stated with the fact the buyer simply asked to see the login name and did not ask for password

The mod in question broke the following rules:

    1. Applied a TWC without conducting a due diligence investigation into the matter

@Fear [READ THIS] How to report violations - Report Template

It seems like you're just giving feedback here about how he handled the situation rather than trying to report a specific violation. A better approach in regard to your concerns would be to speak with him via discord/sythe, or you can make a post on his feedback thread if you'd like more insight on his decision. He's a very mature and easy person to speak with. Before I close this I'm not going to address the specific situation here, however I'll say that he did look into the situation and asked other staff for insight.

Superfluous edit - So originally I was of the same opinion; asking for a username is fine for precisely the reasons you mentioned (albeit odd - almost no one does this). That said, there's no reason he needed Hex's email on top of that. That request, plus some other stuff which isn't publicly posted in the report led Andy, video, and I to agree that it was worthy of a TWC.
