I'm in need of some skill training but I'm too poor to afford 1xp/40gp etc.
I was wondering if there's some cheaper alternitive?
For example in one of SirPuggers videos he showed a guy that had hired venezuelean players to train accounts for a relatively cheap price. Where could I find people like that?

5m mining
11m runecrafting

I would like the offers to be made for each skill separate since I'm not sure yet if I'd let some1 do all 3 or maybe like 2 max.
