Explanation of the trade: I bought roatz
Amount scammed: $55
How they scammed: I got banned cause they bought the gold from a person that's very active on the server and very known, i told them this and they ignored it and said it would be fine. I got banned literally a couple hours later cause of this, the person who they bought the gold from to sell to me literally snitched on me.

The following timeline occurred:

- I found a buyer that wanted to sell RoatzPK and I told Stalker (user above who reported) that I've found someone selling an amount.

- During negotiations, Stalker would've sent actually $65, but he couldn't get ahold of the remaining $10.

- So I did him a favour and told him that he could send me the remaining $10 in a day or two when he has gotten ahold of it.

- Picture shown below:




- So after I've received the information to the sellers account, I proceeded to give it to Stalker. This is where he started saying that's he's an active user etc

- I asked him if he wanted me to transfer the PK Points to an alternative account (This is where he had the choice to ask for a refund but proceeded with it and said "Yes" to transferring to a fresh account):



Upon this report, I'd like to also counter-report as to being in debt for $10 which he wishes not to pay:

 

You didn't give me the choice to get a refund lol, you said it doesn't matter and sent me the account details right away.

Hey. If you'd ask for a refund and leaving the funds on the account as purchased, then I would've easily refunded you the amount you paid.
The part of me saying it doesn't matter is due to you referring to the user I gave you is an active player on the game and thinking that his account was being monitored.

Even after I sent you the account details, you still could have left the funds on account and asking for a refund. You wished to proceed instead after I kindly suggested that I could create a new account and put the funds on there. You didn't deny and agreed to doing so which I did.

 

Please avoid spamming this thread unless the information helps add information to this report. I'll look into this/reply shortly. In the meantime can I see your ToS being mentioned to OP before the trade happened @ChadMMO.

You told me i would be fine and that it doesn't matter that he is active, i told you that it wasn't fine cause i have seen him playing every single day actively pking, his intentions were obviously to get free money which he did.

 

Unfortunately bans are a very real risk when doing trades on private servers. Their ToS are clear that they are not responsible for bans and this report does not change that

 

@Stalker you owe them $10 as well, I've given a DNT until this is paid
