I can do this here are the times:
Fishing would be around 176+ hours with 140m for crystalize, although I can do it without crystalize but it would take so long it won't even be worth the 140m
Divination would be around 29 hours with around 5m for buying extra energy
Woodcutting would be around 17 hours with 3m for dragon hatchet

All together it will take 222 hours+ depending on if you have seren spells and around 148m in cash. This will also take about 2-3 weeks to do as I only do hand leveling and no botting or an overnight macro.

I can do this for 300 USD paypal in total, which is a fair price as I can make 4 USD/hr at Nex and this will be around 1.4 USD/hr.

I wouldn't recommend paying for the Fishing, because with Just the Divination and Woodcutting I can get this done in less than a week and I am willing to do it for 80 USD, which is 1.7 USD/hr.

The quotes I am asking for a quite high, but you have to take into account that this will take a long time and I will be working for 4-5x less than minimum wage in the US.
