Explanation of the trade:I have been doing him services for DMM Barrows gloves 37QP>90-88 don't remember correctly, I got sick, and told him about it, and now I'm just being ignored and since I have completed about 40% of the work, I think I still deserve to get 40% of the amount which was 60$.

How they scammed:By ignoring me, and because of that sinkovsky can't do any decisions, because it might end up him being scammed.

@karolis69 This isn't a scam as there's a middleman involved who has the money. It doesn't seem like he's ignoring you as he replied recently and you're messaging him every other hour with a new message. He may have other obligations that are more important. Regardless the order wasn't completed, so how come you're requesting 40% right now? If you two agreed to that, then that's fine, but if not then the order should be completed with the middleman paying you out after that's been confirmed by both parties.

 

The middleman doesn't want to give the money, because he's not getting any replies from ryan/raz

 

It's not that I don't want to give the money, it's because the terms mentioned were, that it is fully completed in exchange for 60$. It's not completed, therefore I told you to mention your situation to ryan and ask from him whether or not he agrees with your proposal.

I'm not in a position to give you money on a deal where the agreement was not met in full, while i'm simply a middleman, once Ryan replies i'll happily fulfill what you agree on with him.

I cannot evaluate your work regardless and pay out as I feel adequate. It's not something I have the right to do while simply middlemanning a transaction

 

I spoke to @karolis69 on Discord about this the other day, and the plan is that I'll give him a few more days to reply as he's not holding the funds, so if he doesn't respond for a few days I'll just ask you (the MM) to pay out the completed portion to @karolis69 and refund the rest to other guy as the other party has been completely unresponsive for some time now.

 

Yeah, that's fine with me! I know that sinkovsky is not in a position to give me the money.
