Account recovered

Under advice of Andy i am making this report (Even though i don't really want too).

I bought an account from @Sodah a while back -
He claimed @Cherub was the person he bought it from*(EDITED AS CHERUB WAS *NOT* THE OO AND I WAS TOLD HE WAS NOT BY SODAH & CHERUB) as seen here:




(So Sodah did nothing wrong in this aspect as he told me he wasn't the OO)

I asked Cherub his response:


Cherub confirming he owned it but was not OO (As i mistakenly listed him as OO - this was changed as soon as he reached out).




Now today the account has been recovered.. -.-



Let me just start by saying, when i bought this account i was extremely new to sythe and probably a bit naive to how scummy most sythe users are in regards to scamming it's definitely not something i would do now lol. - My issue with this is:

Sodah can claim no responsibility because he wasn't the OO(yet he sold it)
(The same then goes on with Sodah - Cherub) and i imagine the person who Cherub bought it from is long gone.. >.>

I am unable to assist here @Andy. There is not much I can do since @LCEsales resold the account, and I was never given any recovery information by @Cherub upon purchase. I don't recall my ToS at that time, as it was earlier on this year.
