We come to an agreement he would complete an infernal cape for GFX design's.

he had me start the custom made gfc design's for him, which i ended up completing as he got me to continue the work and slave away hours on end to his custom requests.

Once i had finished all the design's he had requested, he then told me he could not complete the australian cape due to the connection.

Instead of requesting he get me a cape another way as he agreed to this deal and needed to comply, i did the work for him in suggesting other alternatives and spent hours reaching out to other capers to help us. They all said he needed to pay for my cape.

I then continued to say that he only needed to pay for 30% of the capes cost, taking the blame for the connection, even though my internet and computer were more than enough to complete the order. There have been other cases where he has wasted the time of clients with false hope he can complete australian server capes.

He should not of made the agreement if he knew he was not capable of doing Australian infernal capes, and wasted all my time doing CUSTOM graphics specifically for him.

In my case i have completed my end of our agreement, i am left empty handed, even after suggesting he pays less than 10% of what it would cost for me to go buy a cape, he even refused to pay that.
After 20+ hours of graphic work.

At this point he even had the audacity to ask me to complete more work, and not even pay 10% of the cost of our agreement, having in mind he would pay another gfx designer and be intent on completely wasting my time for his customised requests.

We had an agreement. A cape for the graphics design. I did 3 or 4 runs, first few were on his laptop, where the connection was really bad. After we switched to PC and still got screwed over by lag.

We also had other capers try his connection, but they failed aswell. Saying it's too much lag for them and undoable. After that, he wanted 100m from me for the work that he had done for me, which I honestly didn't like that much... I refused. 10 days later he offers me 35m, which I would have taken, but I already had placed an order on another GFX designer.

 

I can pay the guy 35m if he stops bugging me, i've honestly wasted too much time on him.

Im looking to be reimbursed for our original agreement. I'm not bugging you. I have completed hours of work with nothing in return, i can get other users involved that also had issues with your false advertising / capabilities for australian capes you are not capable of completing, yet come to an agreement with me wasting my time.

 

mind you my internet and set up are completely fine, i can provide computer specs and internet connection, i have received infernal services with single attempts in the past, other users on the thread are much more capable. You shouldn't be advertising you are.

 

I've done multiple aus capes fyi. And we DID get another caper, who does aussie capes on a regular to try your cape. I quote him: "i couldn't do, its too much lag :/ sorry bro"

I actually had to pay for a cape outright on another account (vouched on boosted mmo) directly after you and your illegal TOS cape service share supposedly couldn't do it due to poor connection. The Caper did it first attempt, i did research from other australians who bought from you who i am in contact with, so please don't try lie your way out of this.

 

i want to be reimbursed 100% on your end of the agreement as i completed 100% of my end.

 

As I said, I can pay the 35m you asked for.
And as stated in my TOS: I may cancel the service, if I wish so.
I only cancel capes if the connection is bad.

The internet didn't hold up and now you're pressuring me into paying you 300m? Even though you just wanted 35m from me?

 

sure, so reimburse me my cape if thats our agreement. The internet did not play up, i can provide lots of evidence against that as stated.

 

I can do more attempts for you if you wish, I'm not paying 300m for graphics that I most likely won't use...
