What is your biggest fear?

getting held down by 6 strong dudes and getting my testicles cut off

 

This is a bit of an irrational fear don't you think? The chances of this happening are very minimal.

 

I hate the ocean. Weirdly enough I have no fear of death I love bringing up the topic about death and stuff but alot of ppl hate the topic and try to avoid it as much as possible / not think about it.

 

I'm very curious why the ocean? I'm not judging I just find it curious.

 

a lot of people tie the ocean to an abyss type of scene, or just the fear of drowning or being eaten by an animal. All 3 of which are quite rational fears haha. that's my guess.

 

Fear of death. Knowing that eventually I will be in a state where my brain can no longer process thoughts and wondering what this state would be like terrifies me.

 

Do good and have a good intention and ask god and god alone to guide you to what's best and you will find yourself were you want to be but you have to be sincere.

 

I think it's so much more than that not to turn this thread into a religious debate thread. But there are tons of temptations around in general and I am not going to sit and pretend that I don't ever give into them. Than I beat myself up about doing it.

 

of course I didn't mention any religion brother I do follow a way of life myself but not preaching it just giving you sincere brotherly advice open your heart and ask god " if you are there god guide me to the way of life that pleases you" simple

 

Yeah I feel you. That's why every day I try to be a better person than I was the day before. One day at a time. It's like when you know you've done wrong though and you feel guilty about it. You just try to be a better person. I guess I don't know if I am making sense sorry it's late and I am tired.

 

I can throw in my two cents on this.

I'm disabled IRL. Because I am, I cannot swim which gives kind of obvious reasons why I personally would be terrified. Of course, if we move on past that, I'm also scared of the ocean. Referring to a previous post of mine about the fear of death, it's because the unknown. Scientists claims we have never been able to get to the bottom of the ocean (I personally don't believe that) and if it's true, who knows what's down there. Terrifying things.

idk the ocean its not about being afraid of the unknown or being eaten by an animal, its more like if you're on a boat you're too dependant on the supplies you have on a boat or whether the boat will work or not. If that makes any sense, even tho I love boats and want to buy one in the future i mean like the ocean ocean, the vast ocean not boating around the shores. You give in to mother nature when you're out there in the middle of no where ye

 

actually i just remembered when I was like 8 yrs old we almost drowned by a water hurricane in the middle of the sea so that must contribute lol

Ah ya, i'm surprised there haven't been more needles. I know a lot of people who can't stand them/faint...

 

What type of needles? Like getting your blood drawn? Or like getting a tattoo? Because they're two different types of needles and two different types of feelings to be honest.

 

No tattoos so my opinion is probably invalid, but any, acupuncture, blood drawn, tattoo, drugs etc. I just don't like the thought of them or what they do. If you moved at all and it broke in your body, if its not properly cleaned, if they accidentally puncture you somewhere, albeit not as many mishaps for tattoos there are so many other possible outcomes.

I personally for whatever reason even now in my late 20s, pass out almost every single time I give blood, its a thing I and my Dr. knows happens, I wake up pretty fast, its just never been something for me.

 

My biggest fear is to be deceived again, that's why my desire to know more and more every day I wake up.
