We have been in discussion, not really sure what to say as the account has previous recovery questions on it that I was not informed of (I should have noticed), but, within 3 days account recovered and inaccessible and being told denied for recovery.

 

Working on it - in paypal dispute with OO.

 

Smited tea bow hasn't responded to my dispute on paypal yet, so I am assuming I will get the money back. I will then give the money to Dabs when I get it back.

 

Not like he doesn't also have the money still himself, as he sold it to me for 3x what he paid for it within 1 week...


After discussing today I advised to escalate the claim as there has been no response from the seller (smited tea bow). And was advised I would receive the 40$ instantly when it was refunded and he also states he will start working on making payments towards the rest. (roughly 70$ or 100m)

 

No, I tried to establish one, but the main refund would come from the paypal dispute and he said he was trying to figure out how to fund the rest, and that's about as far as I got.

 

Claim has been escalated and I provided all conversation I had with tea bow to paypal. Just waiting for that. Once that clears, I will discuss with Dabs a timeline that works with both of us to pay the rest back.

As of right now, communication has been kept and updated, and I do know and understand paypal claims are not immediate and they are slower than normal in their replies as is everything unfortunately due to the virus. Not much I can do but wait at this point.

 

Imgur agreement to pay the $/gp owed from other than the paypal claim refund when it goes through.

 

@DabsWax @acemcdill How has the repayment been coming along since the last post?

 

The first $20 payment was made to me through paypal F&F the morning after this most recent discussion as he stated he would. And we are still awaiting response from paypal claim.

 

Second $20 payment was made.

 

I'm going to close this for now. Once this is fully resolved @acemcdill can make a dispute to have his DNT removed (this will require your @DabsWax confirmation as well). Feel free to make another report if the issue arises again.
