Hi all! I was recently scammed for 1.9B by a trusted site member; AwakenGP

History:

I first got in contact with Awaken this week through another site where we are both trusted members with hundreds of contracted deals (theres a contract system on site). Here's my profile and heres his

During our first deal Awaken went first to me, selling me 1b worth of gold with no problems. Over the course of 3-4 days we built lots of trust as I was constantly staking gold back/forth.

Anyways, fast forward to 4/23/2020.

I message Awaken to buy 1b in BTC ($730 USD I belive was the agreed amount).

I choose to buy from Awaken because he doesn't make me wait for 1 confirmation, heck he even allows me to chuck the money first then send over the money if I loose!

Anyways, I end up staking the 1b gold and come out profitable with 1980m.

I still owe Awaken 1b /$730. I do a 150m drop party at W2 Ge and proceed to sell over the remaining gold to Awaken (1830m). I agree to sell my split of the earnings (830m @.69) and the 1b is subtracted at .73 (which is what I bought at), you can see the math in the screenshot below.

Anyways, We both meet up at the spot and I proceed to trade over the gold: (ive got video if needed of me chucking, doing DP + meeting awakend and trading all the gold)




A few hours after trading the Gold over, I realize Awaken had been scammed for both our split of the earnings (1.9b total) by a DragonDyce member known as Twacket or whatever



Twacket (DragonDyce PAID rank) has admitted to scamming Awakened for the 1.9b.

I've never had problems with Awakened and I'm sure his intentions aren't to scam me, I would however like this resolved asap!

 

So to start off I would like to apolgize to Aficionado for delaying his payment and I know you are probably stressed out but trust me.
just because someone scammed me I wouldnt scam other people. Im working on calling my bank to give me another loan. I will respond on discord shortly
Edit: While writing this I was able to get a loan. Aficionado when you get a chance check your discord I have your payment ready.

So to start this off, there was a user in their gambling site called "Twacket". He was just a regular customer and he would purchase gold off me.
He didnt have any rep so we would use a "Rank" in their irc to middle man trades for us
After Twacket had purchased a rank valued at 2000$. I had sold him 500m 2 days ago and he flipped it into 11b. He had dumped gold and had gotten 8.7k BTC


Fast forward 12 hours, he pms me if I have any gold for sale -
Confirming in Discord trading him the 1.9b -
Him taking the gold and not paying -
Him saying he is sending me the money -
Me confronting him -
-
I had messaged the admin about the situation and he then deranked him. Twacket then messages me wtf am I doing

Him raging at me because he lost his 2k host -
Him addmitting he scammed me -
That is my conversation with that actual scammer.

Now moving on with the admin. I had messaged him about the situation and he said messaged the owner KO
So the owner was sleeping so I had to wait for 8 hours till 6am for him to come online. When the owner comes online he wants proof. I told him I have
discord confirmation but didnt take ss of in game but have hard solid evidence. He then said 5 reasons and wanted me to explain them.

1. We did deals before he was rank and used MM to be safe. Once he got rank I trusted the site. They have this on their refund policy
REFUND POLICY
"14.Do Not trade a rank more then he is allowed to hold. You are insured up to the maximum amount that that rank is allowed to hold in case of being scammed.
If you trade a rank who has a 25M (OSRS) maximum they are not allowed to hold 1B OSRS, you will be refunded the 25M not 1B. "
2.Not sure how both of us being canadian have to do with anything
3.This part is a bit tricky. When Twacket wasnt paying me I went and messaged another rank that he took 1b of mine. The real amount was 1.9b but I said 1b because his max was 1.5b so to avoid
panic and drama I just said 1b. I also thought If I paid him over his max I get refunded 0$ but once I read that they will refund up to his max then I told the amount of 1.9b. I changed my story
from 1b ( to avoid panic) to 1.5b ( His max, I was happy getting 1.5b) to 1.9b the real amonunt. I even had told another rank it was 1.9b
That rank said they will use that against me which they are now
4.I have discord proof of him scamming me and he admitted himself he scammed me. I have timestamps to match everything. Also he was deranked. He also scammed 4 other people. Did u ask proof
from those guys? You kicked a host and no one had proof.
5. I proved to him how it couldnt be a con.

idk who this guy is making this report but he's not in our clan nor does he bet with us, so him and i have no business together. But what i do know is , when i woke up i was told a rank scammed, it was a customer whos been around for long time, he bought rank, hosted 5 days and is deranked. AwakenGp messaged me saying the rank scammed him 1.9bill osrs gp, i said ok, show me all proof, he has zero screenshots of the trades, i find out him and the rank are friends and have done many gold sales with eachother before he became a rank, 2. when asked by ranks/admins how much he was scammed, first he said 1bill gp, then it was 1.5bill gp , then finally 1.9bill gp, this is just the tip of the iceberg, then the rank who supposedly did this, mesaged me to talk then goes into asking me if i paid awakengp the 1.9bill yet, i said NO, it seems they are trying to con me out of money, This awakenGp guy has 730vouches on sythe, is a gold buyer/seller and took 0 Screenshots, then lied about the amount 3 times, i felt bad at first but then started to realize to me and my admins as well that they were trying to con me out of 1.9billion gp. 1. you cannot trade ranks more then your max , 2. scams are covered for Bets on our website or discord, not lends/gold sales that take place at the duel arena . 3. he buys/sells gold but took zero screenshots of the trades, 3. he changed the story three times when asked how much he traded the rank, many many holes in the story, i could not trade him i think its a scam.

 

i feel bad for the guy if this is true, but awaken told me that he got gold from another person, which i assume is the guy who made this report, i said 1. you knowingly traded him more then his max, 2. you guys are friends and were before he became a rank, 3. you took zero screenshots of the trade to him even though you buy/sell gold and when asked how much he was scammed first he said 1bill then said 1.5bill then said 1.9bill , he was all over the place with his story, leaving me to believe these 2 created a chat to try to get 1.9bill out of me, idk if i am correct or not, but even so i still offered to give him 650mill so he could try to pay his friend back and he refused and left the server. if needed i can post screenshots i have many. If he would of just took screenshots and not traded over his max, and the fact that they are friends how can i refund him, refunding under these conditions would be insane as a refund policy.

 

Bro I understand where you are coming from. I would even like to point out he did offer 650m to refund to me but I said he can refund the other people he scammed cause they werent covered. Are friendship isnt anything special I just sell him gold. I have explained why I said 3 diff amounts and your own rank said you were going to use that against me.

 

Also you kicked him out your own clan. Did you hosts have screenshot of in game trades? If they didnt then that is truly unfair. You have paid the hosts back that said they got scammed. I showed you screenshot of us doing trade. My customer even has pics of the cash.

 

If so can you provide screenshots of other ranks being refunded with screenshots?

 

Hang in the above screenshot is 'AwakenGp' he said '1bill' then he told another rank '1.5bill' then i was told by him 1.9bill,


this is awakenGp now on discord speaking to one of my ranks, he now changes it from 1bill to 1.5bill


then it changes from 1.5bill to 1.9bill, i said what is going on here you keep changing the amount, you have no screenshots, your friends with the guy you claim scammed you, and i find out you and this guy are friends and have been for a long time, no clan owner would pay anything out under these conditions, he buys/sells gold and takes no screenshots whatsoever, Like i said i feel bad if true, but he made many many mistakes, and my gut tells me they trying con me out of money, and again i did offer him 650m cuz i felt bad if true, he refused and left

 

You keep coming back to the amount was changed. These two screenshots should be enough. You are just not including certain screenshots now.

Please provide screenshots of host having in game trade with twacket. If they didn't then why refund them?

 

I havent been friends with ur host for a long time. Hasnt even been a month. I usually dont go first on sythe but since this rank of yours doesnt have sythe and paid 2000$ for a host he should be trustworthy. Look at it from my perspective. I sell the guy 500m he flips it into 11b makes 8.7k. That is the last thing I know. If he is being cleaned for 20k from your own website, should be announcement or something deal with caution he might exit scam. I just find it funny the reason this happened because your own members won money of him so now he had to use his rank powers to attack other users who believe in your site

 

Also I found it weird if you think I am scamming you this is all made up why give me 650m as hush money, so this doesnt go public? My story isnt made up and I even have messages of me threatening the guy that I will go to the cops because I have his name from the bank transfers he did

 

I am not that type of person to screw someone over like that. I learn from my mistakes. I have lost more money than I have made on this site. BLASTACCOUNTS.COM/HazeSmoker Is a Scammer!


I learned my lesson trusting people and waiting for 1 confirmation with btc. I have been done dirty in the past and never once thought about exit scamming or screwing someone over. Im in a large amount of debt right now so I can please my customers. I just think this just isnt fair to me at all.

 

I did not kick anybody from anywhere i woke up and was told this story, and as far as all other people he owes money to , he owed another rank $70 which has been paid. Idk what to say the 1st rule of anything rs related is take screenshots of all trades, whether its on sythe, a gambling clan or anywhere else, at the very least. I've been doing this for 9 years, and this wouldnt be the 1st , 2nd or 10th time 2 people tried to con me out of bills, im not saying thats what you were doing, but its sad to see the way you handeled this , no screenshots, changing the amount three times and other things, nobody would refund u under these conditions. Idk what else to say, i took a risk offering you 650m knowing that i could be getting scammed, but you refused anything and left, so idk what else to say

 

Wow just finding out something.Why are you allowing shady hosts like this sabotage your business rep as well as your customers and staff? Clearly shows you lack any concern. If you know this user has mistakes you are still going to hire him just so you can get some money

After I woke up I see twacket trying to lure me to telling KO he paid me back so he can get his rank back
He sent me screenshots of their convo and you can see KO frustration but come to find out he didnt even want to have him as a host yet he still gave it to him

 

Also when do you tell your customers to take screenshots or recordings when to deal with ranks. This is just insane to me how all this could have been prevented if you just didnt hire him. I didnt even know he had a bad history. It wasnt suspicious when he is new and kept upgrading host. I even remember when I was in the discord people were like everytime they are in the discord his rank keeps upgrading. Just sad man

 

first of all, people act as if runescape clans do deep background checks, WRONG, they charge alot of money to become a rank, if they scam customer is refunded , why is everyone so concerned about how i hire people. This is all a distraction to the facts, which are 1. no screenshots of trading him any gp 2. first you said it was 1bill , then changed it to 1.5bill then again changed it to 1.9bill 3. you admitted u knew that you traded him more then he's allowed to hold 4. clan rules state we refund any legitimate scams by my ranks with the proper evidence having to do with betting on our website or betting in our discord on sports, this was a gold sale at the duel arena without my knowledge, lets please stay on topic. Which i cannot for the life of me figure out why you took no screenshots of the trades, and 2 put your friends money in such a position and took no screenshots and traded this guy more then he was allowed to hold, then i offered you 650m to at least pay your friend back in case of the slightest slighest chance any of this was true, and you refused, and you didnt even create this report some guy idk who he is did

 

Okay buy you said you didnt want him as a host... Keep in mind you are the owner. He insisted so you said sure you can have host?
Also why was he ban or not allowed to have rank in the first place
