So unknowingly, I added $37 into my NETELLER account, which is very safe and similar to paypal, however is UK based. It also allows you to exchange crypto currency within the account.

Canadian and USA users can only do neteller to neteller account transfers. BUT users from any other countries, can receive the money and transfer it to any other account. (bank account, paypal, btc etc.)

You don't even need to put in your banking info to sign up, to receive money or to transfer money. Please lets both win out of this situation.
