I saw a picture of a twitter post by the user Killer5523 which appeared to be tweeting Searchy regarding the stakes done on RS3. Looking at the password reset options for the twitter account, there is a phone number ending in 11 and an email which is pi********@outlook.com. The email [email protected] conveniently fits in the blanks, and when putting that email into the recovery section I was presented with the same recovery option - a phone number ending in 11.

Seeing as Twitter requires a confirmation for phones to be added, this phone must be in the possession of the user who added it.
When going to hotmail's website and doing a forgotten password recovery, the phone number listed as a recovery option also ends in 11. This means the owner of the email is also in possession of this email address. If this email address turns out to be owned by Pingy, logically he is the owner or at least creator of this Twitter account.
