    So today I had a 200b+ RS3 seller, user Pingy knew I had this seller. He did some very sketchy stuff to try poach this seller, and I believe it's worth at least a TWC.

    First, he pretended to be interested in bulk, trying to stall the sale so that he had more time to find the Discord of the seller. [​IMG]

    When he couldn't find his Discord, he started hopping random worlds and found us doing stake trades at the duel arena, when I left he started messaging him in-game telling him to add his Discord and that I'm a scammer

    Is this behavious really acceptable? Trying to rob sales in unfair ways is pretty much scamming. Something has to be done about this guy, he doesn't belong on Sythe.

    Before I begin, this report was discussed by the entire staff team.

    The Runescape name above does belong to pingy (thank you Searchy for blanking it out).
    This has been 100% confirmed, with that being said poaching the customer(s) is fine because it's free-market after all.

    What is not ok is the fact that pingy openly talked about Searchy customers about RWT which potentially put his account at risk of RWT ban.

    With that being said and with evidence of pingy partaking in this behavior and other shady business practices. The staff team have decided that we are going to ban pingy for 2 months and TWC him as this is not his first trade with caution offense.
