need a free trainer/account builder

as the title says i am in need of a "free" account train and buiilder, which means it is level 3. and in tutorial.

1) i need you to get it out of tutorial
2) ill give you about 1k bronze arrows and some range gear
3) go to the guards in varrock palace and range them over the fnece(ill show u were)
4) please dont train anything but range/hp
5) im looking from anything to 40-70 range.
6) i will give mega red vouch.
7) dont try to scam its a lv 3 with recoverys
8) you need to be trusted as well
