First of all don't come here and say something stupid like "Skateboarders r gey. i r jost jealos" I don't need you hatin' or being illiterate.

My questions:

Is the Mullen Uber Light deck worth $110?

Should I get the Uber Light or some other fiber glass light board?

How big a rail should I buy? Right now I am planning on a 6 foot long adjustable flat rail.

Yea but you coul probably get cheaper off Ebay? unless you want a new one.

You could buy a custom 6.5 foot rail, I had a 6 ft rail but I figured out it wasn't long enough for harder tricks, and the 6.5 is better for practice.

I hope this could have helped you.

O ya, ebay my friend :P. Has everything you need. You could find one pretty easily there, and for alot cheaper.

the deck is a waste of money in my eyes, but im not here to tell you no. so go ahead

Don't buy an expensive deck unless you are loaded with cash. If you're any good, it will most break within a month or so. Just get a shop board, mini logo, or somehthing. I have a 5ft square rail, and it has helped me learn a lot.

your an idiot! if you're anygood you wont break boards. land bolts dumbass and you will never break a board. but yeah buy from your local shop to support them(screw zumiez bullshit)

If you're just starting out, buy a blank. In my eye's fancy ass designs paying £60 for something you'll scratch the shit out of seems pointless. Fibre-glass decks, like Bam's signature deck was a pointless waste for me, I payed £65 for it and I snapped it in half on the first day riding.

i think its worth $110 but thats just my opinion. atm im using this piece of $hit of a board. im always afraid gonna like explode since so old

no on the board and the rail depends on how good you are. but the rail you specified should be a decent one for practicing.

I break boards and snap my tails at least once a month on stairs, gaps, loading docks..that kind of stuff. People break boards, it doesn't matter how good you are, so calm down.

bud I hate to put a damper on your little theory but yes it does and if you break a board once a month you must be on your board 24-7. don't know what good boards are or can't afford them (not trying to insult you if you can't afford them) or you just dont know how to skate, or you are one of those kids that cry when they can't do a trick and break there board on purpose. I just broke a board I have had for about a half a year (went through 3-4 sets of wheels ) and the one i had before that I had about the same length of time. and the one that i just broke isn't even fully broke just one of the decks are broken so i could still ride and do some small tricks w\o breaking it.

With the board I got, it takes skill to snap it its actually quite impossible to split a 7 ply deck.

Rofl we all know skateboarders are gay. Hahahahah you're gay!!!

lol, jk. I would help you out on this, but I don't know the first thing about skating

bud I don't mind you putting a damper on "my theory". Even though I never said it was a theory, just my opinion. Actually I didn't start breaking boards until I got good. No I don't skate 24-7 because I have a job now, but I try to skate once a week. I suppose I exagerated a bit when I said I break a board once a month because I don't skate as much as I used to, and decks last me a few months now. It really depends on how much time I spend going to the skatepark, and doing big things. When I used to skate everyday, I remember one day buying a new deck, then breaking it that day at the skatepark on a rail. What I'm trying to say is that it is random, you can't predict your going to break your board, it just happens. Now I realize I can't be breaking my wrists and legs anymore, so I keep my sessions pretty mello.
