Explain the service: Elevement was supposed to be doing account training on my OSRS account - we Agreed on the price of 85$ for all and I sent it to him.

After nearly two weeks of waiting, he sends me this message today asking for 30 more dollars cause the agility is taking too long, or go do some quests to unlock a new area for him. I told him that we had already agreed up on a price and I was unwilling to pay more for a service that we had already agreed and paid.


Amount scammed: 85$ - Some of the skills are complete but not all. And he stopped responding to me.

At this point, I just want what was originally agreed upon completed, or for a refund for skills that were not completed - This type of behavior seems unacceptable to me. If you agree upon a service, it must be completed, extortion for nearly half again as much money when the service is incomplete is not OK.
