Sythe acc recovery

Dear sythe support, previously I have asked for help to recover my Sythe account Vytuxis and was told to do so from my original IP address. I finally got home and here I am writing you from my original IP

My recovery email should be [redacted] which is no longer working (discontinued) that is why I cannot get the password reset link. Please let me know if you need more details. I also managed to dig out my phone backup code in case you find it useful: [redacted]

If you have the backup code, you can enter that when it asks you for your 2FA code.

This is the original thread. Dear Gen, I am unable to get to that point as i have forgotten my password and to get it back I need access to my registered email which is no longer working (discontinued) the phone app is still in place but untill I enter a working password I will be unable to proceed. I made the original thread using my home pc via teamviewer with my dads help in case you are wondering my my IP has cahnged.
