Hope you're doing well. I did not know if whether it was appropriate to contact you about this. Whilst I understand that there have been some complications faced by Doc97. To the first complaint, we did change our contact address and this was advertised on our WhatsApp, which as I understand was missed by Doc97. His concerns were addressed and we are in constant contact with him since then through Discord.

For the second complaint about the delay of service delivery, the reason for this delay was that Doc97 had e-mailed us wrong instructions that would have jeopardised his dissertation (his wrote in his instructions that the dissertation should be about Amylase, but his real instructions from the tutor were Amyloid, both are very different). We only detected this fault less than 2-3 hours before his submission, and thus asked him to delay the submission more. I will send you proof of this in screenshots.

Whilst I can understand some fault lies with us, we've since been in constant contact with him. Since then, we have also offered a complementary CV copyediting for him, and are currently waiting for feedback from his supervisor.

You can corroborate this with Doc97 himself.

I'm not asking for the complaint to be withdrawn, that would be your judgement. But I would like to request that the DNT position be reconsidered, please.
