• Hello all, thank you for this opportunity to pardon once again, and thank you for reading my pardon. In January of 2019 I was selling my name "Juno" and found a buyer. This was the first time I have ever sold a name, and I told the buyer that I would assume full snipe protection. I wasn't aware of what I was getting myself into, and I should have made myself more aware of the situation prior to trying to transfer the name from my account to his. Once I made the name swap, there was only a half of a second delay between me swapping the names, and sure enough the name was sniped. I was in disbelief that it was sniped so quickly. I thought for sure that the buyer had sniped the name because he was the only person who knew when the name would be transferred. I was very upset and in the heat of the moment decided that I wouldn't refund him even though I accepted the snipe responsibility. I felt betrayed and angry. Although I had those feelings, I should've refunded him right away to avoid more conflict from the situation. I could have refunded him right away and then tried to track down the name and make a case for myself that way. Instead I decided not to refund him until I could get other people's opinions and options for how to move forward and find justice for not only myself, but also the buyer. After consulting a few people I decided it was best to refund the payment, and move on. I am truly sorry to @The Lemon5 for accusing him of sniping the name. I have learned that I need to make myself more aware of trades, not only for the protection of myself but also for the buyer. Safety and knowledge is the most important aspects of using a forum like this. All I can hope for is that I can be forgiven. Thank you.
