VPN issue

I turned off VPN and currently am using my home IP. I was using VPN to download from uTorrents.

Hello, I used a VPN when using this website and got a mark on the profile. I used VPN to download stuff from uTorrents and do not have any issue with using my home IP address. I was wondering if there is any other way than showing the internet bill to approve my address, as I do not pay for the broadband.
