Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :

Multiple IP Audits
DyDy was banned on Jan 26, katarlna247 came back after a long hiatus on jan 29th (3 days later) immediately posting threads in a similar manner
katarlna247 was also twc'd for no home ip audit once he "returned" after the hiatus, it has since been fixed but now it appears that the home ip could potentially be matched with @Dydy
