Well, i can't explain exactly what it is because its impossible to get a screenshot as i have to re-boot my computer. What happens: 1.) My computer freezes.. 2.) It comes up with this blue screen with an error like: 32438378 ABEWBH2, thats not the exact number (at all.) 3.)It says right at the bottom: "Attempting To Dumb Physical Memory" 4.) So i turn it off (By holding down the button, lol.) This has happened at-least five times now, over a period of the last few weeks.. Anyone know whats happening? Thanks.
The way you're describing it, it sounds like a BSoD (Blue Screen of Death) It's telling you that you have some sort of hardware error. Installed any new hardware? Damaged something? Since it's talking about the memory, you might want to check that out.
well maybe your RAM stick is fried. Try swapping it out to verify. Has anything been installed or has the computer been open recently?
when you get a bluescreen it should provide some information on the screen..like a driver name. whats the driver name? should be like "nv4disp.sys" or something..(nv4 was an example)
Urm, i havn't installed any new hardware..or software. I don't think..And about the video drivers, no i don't think so.. Thanks anyway, both of you
Then I would say the RAM is broken then. Swap out the RAM with another computers and see if you get the bsod. And how old is your computer?
