    Users involved: Pingy

This post is on behalf of a friend, who was just scammed ("anti-scammed") by Pingy. This anti-scam goes back "8 months" according to Pingy. The person anti-scammed in this case is a user who goes by the name Chayce.

    The reason for this report:
    Imgur

The situation that Pingy is using as evidence is a message sent to Pingy by Chayce after, allegedly, Pingy approached him in game and threatened to tweet Chayce. In response, Chayce sent a message to Pingy (via Discord) stating that if a tweet was targeted at Chayce's account that Chayce would in turn tweet Pingy's account.
Pingy is now claiming that his "20+ accounts" got banned for "10k+". While these bans may be true, he has not provided any evidence to support the claim that Chayce tweeted even one of these accounts. The language used in Chayce's message is clear that the threat of a tweet was only in response to a tweet from Pingy.

Here are several screenshots of Pingy claiming that this was due to him being banned "for 10k+"

Pingy also refused to show evidence, claiming that the evidence would get him banned. If this is the case, I think the moderator in charge of handling Pingy's evidence, i.e Video, should review said evidence.

Additionally, Pingy claims that this anti-scam has been approved for 8 months, yet the situation at hand took place in September. Clearly, something is wrong with this report, all we would like is some closure to this situation and some actual evidence presented.

Lastly, I would like a moderator who is NOT Video to review this case, as Video appears to be heavily involved here. Pingy claimed that he sent most of the money received to Video, though it is unclear if this was a joke or not. Pingy also claimed that Video approved this anti-scam 8 months ago and again 30 minutes prior to the trade.

If nothing else, I ask that the evidence is reviewed by other mods. Pingy himself said that the evidence is enough to get him banned. If this is the case, why is he not banned off of Sythe? It seems that this case should have gone one of two paths. One being Pingy takes the ban in order to get his anti-scam approved, or second Pingy drops his anti-scam case in order to not get himself banned.

Truly the last bit, there was a report made against Pingy for tweeting in which mods referred to a deleted post. While I don't know what this post contains, I wonder if it will provide additional insight into this report, so I will link that report below.
    Reporting Frogstar for tweeting

I'd appreciate actual evidence and the entertaining of a conversation rather than the traditional nonsense that is typically spewed in these reports.

Apparently one of the links didn't paste. If possible, just replace add the link at the end of this paragraph. Cheerio

My last report was archived, and I would like to know how you can simply disregard a report because an anti-scam was approved. I am asking for a review of the case because my friend was SCAMMED and the person who scammed him is apparently innocent because he was able to convince a mod it was an anti-scam. All I am asking for is some reasoning as to why he was "anti-scammed" although he has not scammed, nor tweeted, nor in any other manner impacted Pingy's accounts.
