    As the title states, I'm looking to buy a max cape account. EDIT: I now have a budget of $1,100 USD which I can pay via BTC, WU or PP.

    If the account has an email as it's username, the same email must be included with my purchase. I may also ask for a recovery test so please be prepared. An Official Middleman will be required if you don't have sufficient vouches onsite. You may choose whoever, I will cover any involved fees.

    Your best bet is to buy through a site like account warehouse. Yes any account is recoverable no matter where you get it, but they offer a lifetime warranty on recoveries as well as an optional add-on which gives you a full refund for life if it's recovered.

    Yes, I agree recovery rate is massive, I'd even suggest it is higher than 70%. That said, if you do your research and buy from a trusted seller who is providing a guarantee, you can still be safe about it without meeting in real life.
