Users in question were informed of @Gucci and his namesnipe scamming (I see that he has since appealed/denied, but a scam is a scam)

Gucci has since created another discord account also (Screenshot - e39b0c467046b6d7330585c695feaa12 - Gyazo / unique ID 628315538078302233)

So to begin with, I was contacted via Gucci/Pier to see if they could get a contract with @Assassin discord server (they thought I was a owner or so) which I ended up finding out who Gucci was etc as he pmed me regarding it, and from there found out originally he was a moderator due to "helping the server grow" or such as shown below.

As shown I have now blocked him, after today he decided to spam a load of bullshit to me, quite honestly not interested in hearing more off him/the others who he conducts possible shady business with. By all means, it's possible i'm wrong and if so fair enough but as of right now it doesn't look too good, and the fact he wants to talk shit claiming he didn't "scam" or "snipe anything" it a load of bs.



Is this not one of many tickets they have dealt with that he is involved with? I would try get more, but it seems they got upset when confronted and decided to block & ban me.

And it also seems that Pier originally didn't know that Gucci did what he did, which when told he demoted him for literally 5 minutes then re-promoted him for an unknown reason.

 

I've messaged Veng on sythe but if any admin/moderator wants to do this instead of him as i'll be giving admin on the discord to view logs/audit log, i'm okay with that.

I'm unsure if admins/mods can check the edit posted as i put a the screenshot in there but don't want it to be public as it's sensitive information.

Gucci has in no way even been in contact with any of the money from the server,he is moderating the server voluntarily.

I in no way contacted him dbuffed in no way to help with a deal as that is a lie, he joined the server as the same time with Assasian in which i thought he was apart of him.

If an admin/mod wants admin in the discord to validate the pictures that i've posted, please let me know.

 

Strange how "veng" has to be part of it specifically, but if another staff member (global+) could look into it that would be appreciated, thank you in advance.

So to sort everything in parts.

1) the report you linked of "doxing" is old, and also wasn't doxing as proven in my appeal.
2) you are bringing up reports in 2013 when I was compromised, as you also did on discord (you mentioned them and got it debunked) they are public and able to be found very easily, as they was dealt with back then and on Sythe back then also. (of course no issues since)
3) I am not "threatening" anyone, me simply saying it will bite you in the ass is stating common facts.
4) you're again nitpicking posts from 2013 compromise posts.

As I told you, if you are not "involved with partaking in money and such" then it's up to the staff to decide if that's good enough for them, and I have also mentioned that in the post.

You are a known name sniper and are just doing it in retaliation to my report - Weird stuff as I questioned the motive behind it.

I have spoke to Gucci a bit more on discord (if he wants to confirm privately or so) as it seems he doesn't, well didn't understand the reason behind the report.

 

Hello, i am part owner ofAssassin’s trading discord.
Yes we were contacted by them & both of us owners were in a “vip” channel, where essentially Gucci did most of the negotiating. This leads me to believe that he is directly connected to the business of the discord & that he is handling finances. If he wasn’t than you could of conducted the business with us without his need to literally conduct the majority of the conversation.

I mentioned to the owner Burns that Gucci is a very high risk individual for their start up. Due to emotional breakdowns & unstable behavior + scamming / sniping names we declined their offer to do business with them.

We do not support or tolerate any type of negative trading practices as well as having someone in control of a discord that we would be sending our members to.

I’m not sure after mentioning multiple times to Burns about His very recent decisions why he hasn’t taken the advice & booted him?
He will make a fool out of you, as he has tried to ban evade + actively threaten staff (to snipe there name)

 

I've never contacted Beast nor Assassin about a deal, it was Gucci that did as the work on the behalf of us as we take 0% cut from the discord and we need a way to advertise and i let him handle the conversation and negotiating as I've no knowledge about what they were talking prior to coming in.

Beast did mention Gucci was into some shady stuff in which i've told Beast that gucci doesn't handle anything besides being there as support and his expertise on sythe/discord as i've only been here for less then a month.

Admin's/moderators are 100% welcome to check audit and every ticket transcript which are saved, Gucci has never taking any payment or any cuts as we don't take any cuts from our workers.

 

You actually counter yourself here as you say he was handling negotiation of prices but doesn’t handle finances ?
Why would he be negotiating then? Also you had a counter offer, so you must of been thinking about this already ?
also, when I stated about the sponsor role, Assassin had pm’d me right away saying Gucci is in his DM’s saying “they” want partnership not sponsorship.
This will conclude my statement, that Gucci is directly conducting business as part of the discord.

sorry for your loss burns, but cut the ties with him while you’re still new & growing.

 

It just so happens that @Beast was never supposed to even be a part of that negotiation - we were frankly only interested in partnering up with Assassin to boost the server. Beast was only invited because he basically begged to.

Dbuffed and I have talked it out and discussed what went wrong in our communication, and we will allow any admin / global to inspect our server, should it be necessary.

I don't see any problems with me handling payments etc as a moderator in a discord, but this doesn't change that fact that I haven't even done so.

@Beast no matter how much you want it, you're the one who's unwanted in this correlation. Nobody has brought you up in the original report. You're inviting yourself time to time.

Not 1 time have you been requested in this whole process and however many times you try to call yourself owner of Assassins discord you will merely be a peasant standing in his shadow.

I'm done here, if Beast keeps spamming replies to the report please remove it as he's not included and never has been. EVEN if inviting himself and believing so. His responses are literally irrelevant.

My statement will remain the same - we will allow any admin / mod to thoroughly check our server and I don't think any more needs to be added to this matter.

 

Sounds like you’re a bit upset? Maybe it’s with your actions you’ve taken in the past couple months. Emotional breakdowns, mental capacity reached? Scamming & sniping names
