Ban Evading Dispute

i live in the UK

The ban on my account was put in place on 6th september 2019

This will be my final time disputing this report.

I have sent all my details over to global mod @Gladiator
this includes driving licence and bank statement.
Too prove my location and that i live at this one address all my life.

In the first place i was adamant (haha see what i did there) in seeing true genuine legit law abiding evidence .

after hours of excruciating conversations with mods , they have nothing. no evidence

Maybe worried that i may be associated with a rule breaker and therefore baning me for 'ban evading'

This unfortunately for me is not true, i have nothing to do with this other acount, it does not belong to me.

My IP address i registered with , is the one i use mostly .
apart from when i am on mobile . especially now i dont use VPN for gaming.

all i can say is i was a donator too your website and i dont wish to be treated like this

mod i have mentioned has done nothing wrong, but some other that i tried to speak too were very unhelpful in the end...

now if i was too have a quiet word with the two staff members who banned me,
"all i ask if your going to ban like this , is that you show some proof in future. and Wild Guesses dont count."

I ask that if no IP address i used matches theres and my account never broke a rule. then you take on my appeal as a learning curve and re adjust my membership.

Final additions, No one in my house goes on this website as far as i know, so very unlikely my IP will match. and Was @Bowd a ban evader or a rule breaker?
Because if he was a rule breaker then it simply cannot be me , because our names and birth dates and emails wont match. in other words why would someone make an acount for a main acount, and not register with names or information. "atleast thats how i feel"
unless they planned to get banned.
but then surely there would be evidence of another acount, like one they don't want to get banned.

if they were ban evading then please look into there other acount for names IPs and other stuff
, Why would i register with my exact birthday and name if i was ban evading for something or even going to break rules.


im sorry but thats all i can really suggest for this case, as i know feel i should represent people in court after this. what else can i give you in terms of evidence after all this is a virtual platform within the web.

if your going to keep me banned i will help you here and say you should provide some sort of evidence that i can visually see, like i did with my Driving Licence and bank statement.

__ Underlining problem, here is the mod team that took a wild guess and turned into a life changing action and movement.

i had donated $5 and then maybe £30 in badges maybe more. therefore being life changing as these badges can be sold. You have taken potential funds away from me

I've discussed this with two admins and the mod who originally banned you and concluded that you were banned in error. The person reporting you wasn't sure to begin with: Lord Bowd

- There isn't a single audit match between you and the banned user
- There is a gap of one year between both (ban/join dates don't line up closely)
- Beside name sales, you don't have any similar interests, in fact there are many unique interests
- The banned user has home IPs from two different countries which don't match with you, geolocations aren't close either
- You've proven with documents (IDs, bank statements) the exact location of all your audit's IPs, which don't match the banned user

The only thing to link you both together is the Sythe name "Bowd" which is simply coincidental.

I apologise for the inconvenience caused and have lifted your ban.
