RSPWNAGE - Not a scammer and I want unbanned

I've been traveling the past few days so clearly wasn't able to login to defend myself. Pretty quick to jump the gun on banning someone that Player auctions sided with... Hoping to clear the air quickly to resolve this.

First and foremost, you can clearly see in the screenshot from Player auctions that there was a dispute and it was sided in my FAVOR BY PLAYERAUCTIONS. They conducted a review of all of the facts and sided in my favor, that does not make me a scammer.

The events that took place:
On player auctions I came across an account for sale by MikeysGoldShop. I purchased said account, was delivered credentials instantly (it was an instant transfer purchase). This was his 3rd account sale on PA so i figured it was an okay purchase from him, had 2 successful transactions prior in his feedback history, price was right where I wanted it. I was in the market for a new PK max main and it fit the bill.

Per player auctions policies, I was transferred the account credentials, and as always I conduct a review of the account. Account on logging in had 12 days membership left (seller claimed account hadn't been played in a year, so that was already questionable). All of the skills were fine (exactly as stated), but I noticed the account had an high number of zulrah kills (1500), 38 quest points, and virtually no KC on any other boss. I figured no big deal but seemed odd. Everything looked okay, updated PA that the account matched the discription and started to transfer some items over to the account (about 75m in pvp items). Approx. 10 Minutes into the logged in session, I was logged out, when trying to login I got a response the account was locked under the belief it was stolen). Take note, I bought the account at 1:33pm MDT, i was instantly provided the credentials (that's how the transaction worked on Player Auctions), at 1:50 I logged into the website side of OSRS to change the email on the account, there was already an email set. I messaged the seller to let him know, he responded a half hour later he cannot login to the email registered... Having not already seen this message, I was on the account already as stated above, and was transferring stuff to the account. At 2:46pm I messaged the seller via PA that the account was flagged as stolen, and that I already had transferred Items to it (pretty much panic mode on my end). The seller tried to do a recovery on the account, was successful, and emailed me back whenever he could get in to remove the registered email. I even stated to the guy at this point refund me and give me my items back, this was not common or normal practice on player auctions (i've bought MANY accounts and this isn't normal). At this point, I never logged in again, I travel work, it was a Sunday, I headed to the airport... While traveling ]for work, I occasionally can find time to game, in this instance, on Jan 14th, I had some free time, and found myself logging into a disabled account. When i investigated, I found it was banned for botting... I've never used this account, never logged in past the original time I logged in, I've never botted any account, so I went back to the seller to figure out what the hell was going on.

Okay... So i went straight to the seller on PA when the account was locked 11 minutes later:

You can clearly see in the chat history all that took place, so I opened a dispute with Player Auctions, and they awarded in favor of me not the seller. If this makes me a scammer for having never used an account, by all means, leave me banned, but this seems extremely unacceptable to be banned over.

In retrospect, I should have just returned the account the minute there was an issue with logging into the account.... It fit the bill of a botted account with the high Zulrah KC and no other usage. The seller clearly runs some kind of a gold selling operation (given his name on PA / Sythe). You live and learn I guess, but regardless, I don't see how I'm banned for this individuals clear intent to unload a hot account that was probably already flagged for his shady indiscretions.

I have discussed this a number of staff members and lifted your ban.

There were no ToS discussed when the account was sold, the trade took place through PA and ultimately PA made a decision in your favour. If @MikeysGoldShop is unhappy with this decision then he needs to resolve this here: PlayerAuctions Issues Resolution Thread
