I’m reporting the above user for account scamming, or stealing 07 gold. Our transaction started on the forums, I was interested in his mauler account:

The above takes our conversation to discord, I haven’t screenshotted the whole conversation as it’s very lengthy and shows more personal conversation he may not wish to be displayed publicly but can provide the rest privately if needed, I’ve screenshotted why I deem to relevant to this thread, I hope this is OK. Next our discord convo broken down:

I then proceed to log into the account and he sends me his vouch thread (have provided a screenshot I sent to BoZ of me on account but at another time):

I play the account for a few hours and realise I have been given no real information about the account, no recovery info, no creation information, nothing whatsoever just an email and a password, I do not own the email either. The only dialogue said about any decent info was no recoveries were set which is irreverent. Naturally I’m afraid to even put any of my items and or gold on to the acccount as I don’t feel secure of safe on the account, I proceed to offer BoZ the account back for half of what I paid for it because I didn’t want to come across as an asshole, he said he doesn’t have the gold but would sell it for me and split the gold, this option was better than nothing so:

I then change the email back to his, not sure why I actually had to do this considering it wasn’t even sold at this point and he is the OO (or so he says ). I was concerned but obliged him, I attempted to log in one day just out of boredom to do some PKing with my little brother, but the account credentials had been changed and he didn’t inform me of this whatsoever:

Since then I’ve expresded myself clearly enough, he’s constantly been offline but was always online beforehand, he doesn’t respond to me and it’s pretty clear his intentions aren’t in the right place. I solidly believe he isn’t even the OO this is why he requested to change the email so he could change the password himself and also why he didn’t provide me with ANY information regarding the account. I’ve been waiting days for a proper response and even when he said he would do it when he was home it had since been over a day waiting for him to get home, he has set his status to offline, during this whole time he’s been playing RuneLite actively online. Even if I was to have access to the account, it doesn’t feel safe, it doesn’t feel like I own the account, like I said also I solidly believe he isn’t even the OO of the account. Given all of the above, I would simply request my 07 gold be returned to me, I paid 240M and would happily accept 200M back. I hope this can be resolved and I believe I am firmly in the right here.

If I’m missing any information please let me know and I will provide, I have everything available, maybe for starters BoZ could prove he is the OO considering telling me he is the OO.

BoZ has sent a small response to me, stating he will be proving information about me trying to sell him and needzerk a hacked account, just to be clear this has no relevance to our transaction regarding his account (which he says he is OO) I believe it’s just to paint a picture of me in a different light. He claims via discord that he is going to involve needzerk as I tried to sell him an account that is hacked. So the account does belong to me and was brought from a member here on Sythe, I do not think it is fair to involve him for starters! He is a reputed seller. It won’t be necessary anyway as I have evidence here:

I asked him to sell the account for me, did not say I was OO. You can see clearly in second screenshot that I told him to cancel the sale due to the account being compromised. It was actually hacked, due to someone pretending to be a middleman, the OO recovered the account very kindly. So you can see I asked him to sell the account and then told him to cancel the sale due to compromised account. I don’t see what relevance this has to my dispute with him but it seems just a simple way to take away from the dispute with him. BoZ please kindly stick to what’s relevant.. that’s the transaction between ME and YOU in relation to the MAULER.

 

Pretty much comes down to, he bought an acc, he asked me to resell the acc being im the original owner. He transferred full possession back to me to sell the acc, he asked me to stop advertising it because he wants it back. I didnt respond in his deemed set time limits.

I own these accounts, I am not the OO however, OO are reputed sellers. I’ve never stated I was the OO. I don’t see how this I relevelnt but please provide evidence of me stating so!!

BoZ is also now stating I have two accounts on Sythe interacting with each other, this has nothing to do with this dispute but he’s trying to simply sour my image to help his argument. Have provided screenshot of him stating this. I believe this is in relation to an account I’m selling which another user has posted up, I am allowed to provide anyone I wish with details of my account for selling purposes as long as I do not claim to be OO or another party who is selling claims to be OO. I’m not breaking any rules by doing so. Admin/Mod if I am please let me know if I am and I will immediately request the sales be removed! I’m not “up to no good” simply selling accounts I am currently stuck with. BoZ please again, just stick to our dispute and stop being so petty.

also its not to add to the report its to add to that you are in fact a headcase, and 100 percent a ban evader.

 

I have nothing whatsoever to hide, I don’t need to involve anyone else and I prefer not to air laundry so publicly, I’ve had the decency to redact your private information. You are now trying to air mine.. any information mods require is fully and readily available. Happy to take this conversation to discord also.

 

@Danieltam blocked you on disc, until mod makes statement. At that point i will prove im the oo and can swap back details. The details that YOU swapped back OVER to me. This is not a scam report this is you being impatient.

I guess that will be determined by mod dealing with this, as to wether I am a ban evader or not. I think it’s pretty low your resorting to these underhand tactics to be honest. I’m not a headcase, I brought an account from you, you provided me with zero information, just changed the email and password. No information as to where created, ISP information, creation details, any further information. We all have lives yes and so do I. Doesn’t make us any different, I asked you to sell the account because I didn’t deem it as safe. I even offered it back to you for less as I didn’t want to come across a certain way. I didn’t give you permission to change the password to my account, you simply chose to change it and then not respond to me. I gave you persmisson to change the email. I said nothing about any password change.

 

@Danieltam No you transferred the account ownership to me, you didnt state here or there on how i handle that.
