Old account is unrecoverable not my fault buyer botted and got banned.
If you look at stats its pretty clear to see that its not the same acc.
Also my discord isnt deleted

 

I dont have access to the account? I gave him the account and the email. What am I supposed to give if a dude comes a year later after buying my acc saying I'm a scammer when I have no way of accessing the acc. Dude messaged me this a year ago and now blames me for being the scammer.

Obviously if he sold the account the email is changed I have nothing to do with this

 

@Andy also the dude got the original email, the login email of the account in addition to every bit of information I have. I also have since moved there is no way for me to ever recover the acc

 

No TOS were agreed upon. I went first back then since he had a few vouches and IIRC the donor tag even back then.

It is really clear to see though that I am not responsible considering he said he will sell the account forward. He has the account email and Ï dont and its the original one. Theres nothing I can do about it

 

It seems like you are either not reading the thread or have serious reading comprehension issues.
This is the GMAIL that was the original one and its also the login one. https://i.imgur.com/E0JNNOI.png I have no access to it as you can see and it says that the password was changed 8 months ago so I got notrhing to work with in the recovery. I have no original IP as I moved no access to the email no info about the account. I understand your terms of service but its impossible for me to try to recover the account when I dont even have access to the email.

 

Like even if I try to recover the account I cant see if the recover goes through because I cant access email

And responsibility by definition means: "being accountable for something within ones power, control or management" which I have been.
Also you dont just randomly "lose" google accs they are very secure.
