I am not looking for EXP, i am looking for points. Meaning all bosses are unlocked for 1.5m+ points a hour.

Generally a 99 is around 13-16m nmz points.

Even using dh at 1hp with bosses unlocked averages roughly 4-500k points per trip which take about 90 minutes.

Can you show me where you're getting the 1.5m points an hour so i can check it out ^.^
