Issuing a TWC which you can dispute in 30 days here - Dispute a Ban or TWC

Reason for the TWC you had a ongoing service with @Umar Ishaq and when he got banned you decided to recover all the accounts from him before the service was complete, This was done on the 16th of December and nothing was said about it or paid until today. You accused him of setting a email on one of the accounts that were unregistered but then after hours of talking to me admitted to someone else also having access to that account.

You're not able to hold anyones money/pay hostage which you did for over 2 weeks without letting anyone know and for those reasons you're getting the TWC.
