    Hello!

First of all, you need professional help. Cliché, i know, but this would be important. They can heal you way faster and with a way better rate and better methods than you can heal yourself. Also, it's okay if you don't like your doc, just simply change doc in the beginning and don't waste any time!

Just by reading this comment from you i can tell that you are a cool guy and you have the potential, don't waste it.
Pick up a new hobby or do gym again, but no drugs and other shady things this time. Or try calisthenics.
Surround yourself with positive people, you were surrounded with negative people for years. You deserve to be happy.
It's okay if you are alone and/or lonely, even if it's a long time and it hurts. Use this time with something useful.

All your negative thoughts and weakness are written on your forehead and others can read it. Most people takes advantage of that. Always remember this.

One more important thing. Never build your life on an another persons life. Imagine this like a building. The other person is the base and you are every other material like concrete, brick etc. What happens if the base is not there anymore? Yup. You will collapse.

Talking by experience, struggled enough, but i finally found the helper i always needed and i am feeling better since. So the cliché is not always a cliché. :)

Keep me updated, i believe in you!

Thanks brother. I appreciate the response.
Trying to be better and do better but its weird man like I am so afraid of being alone now, not being married, not having kids. Something I never wanted ever from life even to have a relationship but after 3 years with this girl I want all that yknow.... Just so weird man life is very god damn annoying - 24 years of age and I think this is when alot of this shit happens to everyone,

Lets say okay - im financially wealthy, businesses everything is good, travelling, nice home, nice car, then what tho? Whats the point its going to be the same thing over and over and over again. Nothing is good without a Significant other to share those experiences and stuff with. Gym is good life is good but in the end its so repetitive and I just do not see brightness in the future.

Three key factors that you need to have under control is diet, sleep and physical activity. The physical activity can be anything from gym to a long walk. But it seems you have these under control already.

I've been in your situation and as hard as it was, I went to seek help. Hardest thing was actually to take that step and I don't regret it one bit. I'm positive you will find the brightness of life but sometimes you need a little help on the way. I thought I could fight my way through my depression but it does not work that way. I advise you to go to a consultation meeting with a therapist. Life is worth living, trust me

    Need some advice.

When you have found out yourself is you are putting your self worth into other's hands, this instance it is your gf/ex. Self worth is important, and you should try to rebuild it!

"Real happiness comes from being content with and proud of yourself."

Here are some things that you can do to work on rebuilding to get on the path of Happiness:
-Drop the constant worrying. Everything in life happens for a reason, and the majority of the time it is out of your control. I know it feels like impending doom and everything is falling apart around you, but most likely you are focusing on the wrong components of your life instead of the good.
-Focus on embracing the talents you have. Most of the time we get so wrapped up in the negativity of what is going on around us, we lose interest in things that make us who we are. Sounds like you were pretty wrapped up in working out, and you were good at it. Head back to the gym, kick it into gear and start feeling yourself again. (minus the steroids, never a good thing man)
-Surround yourself with happiness. The people you are around, the places you go, even mental happiness. Play games with the homies, gym, walks, hikes, etc. Put yourself in a spot where you always find yourself having a good time. This is vital. For me, when things go rough, I hit the skatepark. It allows me to kick it with the guys I grew up with, always progressing on new tricks, creates a lot of personal gratification to know that it is my happy place.
-Try putting yourself first before others. You are the only one to make yourself happy. You are the only one that matters to yourself. Put yourself first, fuck anyone else's opinion. You want to get those new kicks you have been dying to have? screw it, get them. You look like a million bucks with those things man. Good for you!
-Take your time. Self worth and happiness doesn't come overnight. I constantly work on this myself. I felt abnormally lost in my last relationship after things went down the drain. But I constantly gave myself positive affirmations and put myself first. Almost 6 months later, I was a completely different being. It took me almost a year to be in the position to constantly wear a smile. Everyone is different so some may take longer/shorter. Stay true to yourself and never give up.
