Account hacked and banned

I posted in request a pardon at first and was told to include my pardon here.
Looking for a pardon on my hacked account

Cannot remember if there is a recovery phrase as my accounts nearly 11 years old.

If this isn't enough let me know and i can try upload a photo of my driver license with my name and birth date on.
