Terms:
1. Asset's Services ("We", "Us" and "Our").
2. We have the right to decline any order with or without reason.
3. You may only pay via OSRS gp or crypto.
4. You must not log in while your account(s) are being serviced unless you have permission from our Managers, our Admins, or the worker that is servicing your account. In the occurrence of you logging in without explicit permission the ongoing service will be terminated and no refund will be given.
5. Once you place an order for our services, you must remove all unnecessary wealth off of the account. If you fail to remove unnecessary wealth, you agree and acknowledge the fact that we are not responsible for any loss of wealth whether it be before, during, or after the service.
6. If we are unable to complete the agreed upon services, we will return a partial refund depending on what services we had failed to render.
7. You must provide all things that are required to complete the service in an efficient matter, this will be discussed via Sythe pm's, Discord or Skype. Failure to do so will result in a termination of the service and no refund will be given.
8. We are not responsible for any infractions on accounts appended to the account before, during or after our service.
9. We will not provide any refunds if an account is banned because all services are rendered by hand.
10. We are not responsible of any lost services that were previously rendered due to the unfortunate event of a Jagex rollback and we will not be required to complete services that had been rendered prior to the rollback.
11. Services are required to be ordered through the ticket system located on our discord server as our employees are prohibited from offering and working on any orders that are out of the ticket system in this discord server.
12. You are required to change the password of any serviced account following the completion of agreed upon service, a refund, and/or changes with which workers are assigned. Failure to do so and we are not held liable if anything goes missing.
13. You are absolutely to never pay any amount of money over to anyone except Asset(ME).
14. We will not be held responsible to any unwanted levels and/or the loss of HCIM status on the RuneScape account.
15. We can cancel a service at any time with or without an explanation.
16. You acknowledge that our terms of service are subject to change.
17. Since services are required to be ordered through the ticket system located on our discord server, we are not responsible for any services outside of the scope of ticket system on the discord.
18. We will not be held accountable to any missed estimates of rendering services as real life and in-game bugs/server issues can delay the time it takes to render said services.
19. Payments must be upfront, Increments can be discussed.
20. By placing a service with us, you agree and have acknowledged our terms of service.​
