2FA lost

Hey there, I've been away from the RS scene for a few years now, I've since changed phones and no longer have 2FA. My username is JohnnyRainbow. I still have account login user/password etc. I'll try provide as much info as I can! I've since moved house so my post IP will be different from my last login. Happy to provide as much info as needed, I have access to my email and phone number still, and my donation paypal.

There is no registered phone number on your account and you have no home IP match so therefore I need one more piece of information in order to remove the 2FA.

Please provide the following:

• Previous ISP/Log in locations:
• If your registered email contains your actual name, please provide proof of this in the form of an ID. (This will be hidden from the public).

I've disabled 2fa on your account. Be sure to re-enable 2fa on your account and keep the long code somewhere safe in case you find yourself locked out again - you can use this code once as a 2fa code entry so that you can log in and manually disable it yourself.
