2fa changed phone

hello, so i have recently changed my phone and i tried to log in after a while to my sythe acc and it was not
Logging in due to my Authenticator being in my old phone. I have also changed my address recently but it shouldnt have mattered anyway because i had multiple address[redacted]so since am back i hope this can be sorted out quick:

Information needed: so i am using the same discord that was in my sig all along, as well as same skype.
I have donated to sythe before once using mootrucks and one time was paypal if i am not mistaken.
The paypal email is supposed to be [redacted]

My location: [redacted]

Before i have had issues were i was banned regarding a long term issue that i had appeal and everything was fine afterwards. Thebrokenman was the person who reported me and i had retaliated by reporting him back(was before he became a mod).

I had first donated for a 50$ donor then donated rest in pp.

Hope this can be sorted asap and removal of my Authenticator is done.
