Shady Business Practices by Online

This user reached out to buy my account, sent his own offsite form to fill out with specialized TOS, gained control of my account for 7 days, then on the 7th day (day I was supposed to be paid) says he needs to cancel the sale and I have to reattach my information onto the account. Now I lost the last potential 7 days of time that I could have sold the account to someone genuine. I'm also trying to sell an account that has had ownership by someone else for 7 FULL DAYS, as well as someone else knowing the Log-in and a previous password. I don't believe this type of business is legitimate at all, and not sure the TOS of his personal site should be honored through a sale on Sythe. Very dishonest and shady practice in my opinion, not sure if it should be allowed to 'Buy an account' but not really buy it. Seems like this user could have access to multiple accounts without having to actually purchase them, as well as the opportunity to access them in the future if he wished.
