Disputing a Ban for AngelGP

I got banned for apparently scamming a guy osrs gold. This is not true. What happened is the guy made me wait 4hours to buy 150b ikov from me for 1.5b osrs. He basically purchased gold from a gold website to pay me via osrs because he couldn't pay via BTC. The guy had me waiting for over 4hours for the whole transactions, I basically stayed awake until 4AM. Once he was ready, he told me to go collect the gold from the website myself which I did and confirm that I had in my possession, at first he wanted to stake xfer the gold, which I agreed to, but after that he took so long so I wanted to do the transaction as fast as possible. Once I logged into ikov and went to his location HE traded me from the username he gave me. I then accepted the trade and asked him if he was the person in trade, which he confirmed. I then proceeded to give him the 150b ikov. And right after he accpeted the trade he goes on saying I never traded him in the first place when he confirmed that it was him in the trade. I even called him and he wouldn't pickup. The guy then proceeds to block me, and when I try to reach him via an alts he doesn't answer. The same week I had sold for more than what he accuses me of scamming and even the same day I recieved a vouch. Since, I have been banned from sythe, I had no choice of selling via discord and getting my vouches there. If there's anything else I can prove my innocence with let me know. I do not have pictures of the trade in questions, because I have always confirmed via discord and had no problems with it. This is the first time i get accused of scamming and it's not true.

Hello @AngelGP, as with all gold selling trades, you must take screenshots of your trade to validate payment. Do you have any screenshots of you trading the 150b ikov gold?
