Ip banned again, and again

Ok, this happens to me constantly, i work at a school and during my work period i log onto sythe to chill and contact people, but many times the ip has been banned, and i have sent an email using the php script on the site when you are banned... but the fact is i havnt done it once, i have done it 5 times already, and it seems to keep continuing, i think i know what may be the cause of this situation, it is because schools have proxies set on them, but please hear me, 'i cant do anything about that'

So please consider this and have an end to this ip being banned >.<
