    Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :
    Both have Same birthday Jan 11, 1980's
    Both have join date of August 16.
    Seems he connected to the wifi of his banned account, then flooded his audit with a vpn to hide it.
    Same interest in RS marketplace.
