Justified Ban

This is a response to: Castro scam / scam attempt.

First of all, from the scam report:

Amount scammed: 20m lol
How they scammed: friend sent him some accs to get membered up, scammed 20m

Nothing was scammed due to the fact that they received a full refund when they asked.

Secondly, from @Gladiator :
Your reasoning to justify blocking him while debt was owed is pretty shameful. It's also sad it had to take a report for you to realise how wrong this was.

The user was never blocked, we had a mutual server (my server), he was being racist so he was kicked. also I've had it happen to me, when i receive a blocked error message when sending a message to someone I had a mutual server with (User was never added until I sent him a friend request).
Also, it took me a scam report to realise I should refund this? Weird, I can't seem to find any scam report on me before the 24th from this user, this incident happened on the 11th.
User instantly received a refund when they asked. No report was made in order to make me refund.
Very odd scam indeed.

 

Hello Castro,

I've discussed this with another member of staff and we've concluded your ban will stay for the following reasons:

- A user who’s ordered a service isn’t going to randomly join your server and start becoming racist/seek to get banned while he has debt owed - it doesn’t make any sense. Nor was any proof provided by you for these claims yet you banned him from your Discord server. You're welcome to show us this when you pardon.

- He paid for a service, you disappeared for a number of days and you're confused as to why he's angry? It's completely logical for him to by angry, and it's probably why you felt guilty and ended up repaying as he pressured to report you. It's great that you eventually paid but we can't ignore the fact you initially set out to scam him

- Your excuse for the delay for 3 days was you had no internet, yet you were logged into Sythe and bumping your threads, so that was another lie
