Hi, I'm here to buy 1m-3m rsgp through bounty hunter.Only way we can do this if your level 95+ because Im only lvl 112 and im not p2p right now.

I also need help with my paypal account, For some reasons it tells me I need to open a bank account on it when I already have $8.00 on it, Idk why.But anyways post here.If it won't let me maybe I can give u the paypal account if that's possible?Which idk if it is.
