    Hey, are there any websites that give you cash if your paypal is unverified? i ask because im not old enough for a paypal account and so i cant verify it

    no bank account...dont know any other way...

    Paypal...

    You are always able to send and receive cash whether or not your Paypal account is verified. The only problems are small limits, such as 10 transactions a month or something, and you are not insured if something happens to your money.

    ok, one last question, do a lot of people on sythe and other rs cheating forums accept cash from unverified paypal accounts?

    Yes. I don't believe there is an actual way of telling if an account is verified or not, other than actually logging in to the account.
