    Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had with buying / selling 07 gp.

    I initially asked how long this process would take because I've heard bad things about this site (RsMalls) and Livechat told me the process would take 20 minutes. I bought a decent size order of 07 gp (150m) and the live chat proceeded to ask me to verify my identity by sending me an email requesting pictures of my credit card, drivers license, receipts, proof of funds.

    I've bought from this website before and they still requested me provide this. Both times I bought from them the total time from me paying money and getting the gold was approximately an hour.

    An hour is far too long to wait when there are competitors that can get it to you within 5-10 minutes. Their site advertises 10 minutes also.

    The live chat actually just stopped talking to me altogether. No one responded. I added the Skype for the "manager" and no response. I tried two different live chat directories and they both stopped replying to me. Literally let me sit and no response for upwards of 15 minutes.


    Total time from Payment to me getting the GP: 55 minutes.
