If I am not mistaken, and excuse me if it's the wrong place to post.

In the past we have seen that workers are not allowed to sell gold of their own if they work for a gold site, and it worked the same with services please correct me if i'm wrong.

A service provider is allowed to hire people, but the worker cannot have their own service - Right?

I was actually checking out other discord servers to make sure the rule is implemented for market use etc, and of course came across this. If not mistaken as I say, workers are not allowed to freelance their own service due to being under contract a lot like gold sites.

Please if this is incorrect can we have more information on limitations @ Staff thanks!

Edit - And yet again another who also outsources orders without permission + runs a service too.

 

Why....

I take a deposit and they do work for me on my orders.

If you would like me to take away their "employee" ranking in discord thats fine, but I'm not going to restrict my employees from working on their own when I don't have orders for them.

My customers are all aware that I have people I take deposits from that will work on their accounts. It's in the TOS we send anyone.

If this is the case I will make a suggestion to change whatever ruling there is currently because that doesn't seem right.

 

Not sure why you’re worried now when I questioned this to you and mentioned I’d be seeking further input.

I am simply going to wait on staff to view and respond how they feel suitable, further posts will be reported as spam.

It’s not anything to do with “them sourcing work” either, one is a known outsource himself who also runs a service not just getting work on downtime as the other is also, that’s if not mistaken against the rules.

You're a worker, not a customer meaning you simply vouching saying "oh he is the best manager in the world, vouch" isn't really needed, profile feed is where that goes not vouch thread.

Lol there is nothing wrong with them vouching for work they have done FOR ME.

These are all Wintertodt Account vouches they have made for me, where I personally give them MY accounts and they train them to the stats I tell them to. I train them further, and then sell them myself?

I will report all the vouches from employees as @video has clarified this for me. I don't mind this at all Thanks for letting me know @Dbuffed

Also, many times my employees will do work on personal ironman accounts.

 

You haven't done anything wrong, you was completely fine for me to hunt the information when I asked you on Discord so stop acting like this has came from nowhere.

I think it's quite clear that they are workers of yours (or employees if you will) which means if not mistaken which I explained to you again, should not be holding their own services too (mods can correct me if i'm wrong here)

If they was actually doing orders for you I would understand, however in the snippet for example he is just doing it because "he wants to give you a nice comment"

 

Workers are allowed to have their own threads as long as any orders they receive through their own thread are done 100% by them and not outsourced. Workers cant have thread to benefit anyone else so a worker of @ChinaNumbaWon can not have their own thread to benefit @ChinaNumbaWon. Any orders directly processed on a workers thread must be completed 100% by the worker and these orders have nothing to do with the employer they work for.

Very interesting, so this means unlike the gold rule where we can’t sell our own stock if we work for one, this has nothing?

 

Gold shop workers are allowed to sell their own gold but cant create a thread of their own to sell gold owned by their employer/boss.
