Selling 10b rs3 cannot show proof of actualy owning 10b rs3

Why you think they're violating Sythe rules:

So i was buying rs3 gold and @Kaalu87 pmed me told me he can sell 10b rs3 he said i will have to go first and didnt want to use mm (i know that is not agaist rule to refuse MM or to go first)

But then i asked him if he can show proof that he actualy OWN 10b rs3 and he shows me this:

^Well here we can see around 4b rs3 (not to mention i was buying gold and not items / and since black santa hat is over 2147m it woud take him atleast 15min to sell that if we woud actualy do deal)

So i asked him to show proof of whole 10b and sends me this:

Now lets do a little math in first pic he shows 10m shards + 89m rs3(3.54m shards) and in second pic he shows 13m shards which means he just exchanged coins for shards and took pic again (10m shards + 3.54m shards woud show as 13m shards stack)

So the end of story dont wanna use mm dont wanna go first and CANNOT PROVIDE PROOF of actualy having 10b rs3.

First of I clearly told this guy tht I don't hv 10b in one account, I offered him a great price since m newcomer.. I told him instead of paying for 10b he can pay for 5b n once we stake transfer him v'll do the rest transaction.. I had 3.5b in one account n I didn't hv tym to cm n show my other accounts, since this guy seem to be very fishy I asked him to cm to lumbridge w11 since my brother was waiting thre n I was training my one poly account.. mistakenly asked him to cm to W54.. he didn't listen n did this.. screenshot attached..

 

I am not able to attach d screenshot.. can anyone help so tht I can prove my point.. this guy himself is a scammer n accusing me one..

I've issued you with a TWC as you couldn't prove the funds you claimed to have. Along with refusing to go first to a fairly reputable member and also refusing to use an MM.

You can appeal for this in a month's time
