Which violation you are reporting the user for: faking vouches
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: I already reported it to @BlackBlasses and asked him to investigate as I was kinda sketched by the vouches self and him posting on several service requests offering really low prices.
So, I spoke with BlackBasses and he looked into it and already found out 2 of the vouchers had a sketchy IP and twc'd them for it.
He asked me to make a report so there is a public record, so here we are.
I think he should be able to show proof of those trades too!

Here are the ones with @DrDeath18 as his is the big one you were referring too. This trade occurred on Tuesday July 23rd between about 4 and 5 PM. Vouch happened after 5 PM. Images can be seen below:
