[DENIED] Allow e-whoring on sythe

As title says, me and @Matt123 were discussing this and he informed me that it is illegal but not sure why so here is my suggestion.
Sythe being a black market I think e-whoring should be legal on sythe too, maybe with some changes or anything but yeh.
It gives people, like me, a chance to make money from a not saturated niche, like gold selling/services etc.
It's a win-win
