TWC becuase of IP

Hello, I've come back today and seen I've been tagged in thread about my IP and have been given a TWC. The thread asks me to log in on a dynamic IP address but the thing is I really cant... I totally understand why this rule is in place and you know its totally acceptable just a bit of a pain on my behalf.

The reason I can't is because I'm not currently at a [Redacted] So I use my mobile hotspot as its [Redacted] which totally meets my needs. My data provider is [Redacted] I dont know if that will help but if theres anything else I can do please let me know. I have friends houses I can go to and log in on their broadband but thats the best I can do as I dont have [Redacted] only [Redacted].

The [Redacted] has [Redacted] ill log onto that now

Update:
I logged on, the wifi im using is owned by [Redacted] on [Redacted]
I did check the ip on whatismyip.com and it says its based in [Redacted] though so idk what to say just please help because i want this TWC gone
