Reporting Majora For Name Sniping

Firstly I'd like to say I don't believe Majora is still doing this today, I understand he has been permanently banned for many different offences overtime. I know at this time long ago he was doing bad things and I think that he has improved significantly recently, and is only finding his bad past come back to him. I hope he can do the right thing and return the name. Thanks

Explanation of the trade: I was buying a Rare Two Character name off of Acid his Sythe account being @hcimBTW19586 . We agreed to a price and agreed to do it via countdown method. There was a miscommunication and he name changed twice letting the name be free for about 5 seconds before I attempted to grab it but it seemed to be taken almost instantly besides the mishap. Now today 9 months or so later, he is trying to resell the name in an attempt to be very undercover. The name hasn't moved accounts since then proving Majora was the confirmed sniper.

After Majora told him that my offer of 125m for the name was pretty decent in an obvious attempt to try to get the deal to happen so he can intercept it, Acid came to me saying he was willing to accept my offer on the same day: Screenshot - 1fca0bf6b438e17e5c51fa84ac2c8f0e - Gyazo

During the trade there was a little mis communication and he had released the name and it got sniped very quickly within 5 seconds. Initially we had thought it was someone at GE since they said "Yeet" as soon as it happened but that's obviously a massive coincidence now.

Today 9 Months Later my buddy @Milkieshmurda was looking for a two character name when Majora approached him. He revealed the name and after posting the message, deleted it immediately. Milk being smart mentioned the name so he can agree he was selling it provided in this screenshot below:

Here are screenshots of both Acid and I TELLING HIM the name got sniped so he was well aware of his own actions. He KNEW this was sniped but he was still trying to sell it like he got that name fair and square.

In conclusion we all know the name was sniped. I believe Majora has gotten better recently and that his only mistake is that he needs to embrace his past and mistakes in order to fully successfully pardon. If he really wanted to pardon for all of his faults and mistakes he would of returned the name and there wouldn't have been any issues. I do hope Majora does so he can eventually Pardon and therefore, does return to the community despite everything he's done as I believe as of recent he's changed. No hate to him either, just doing what's right. Thanks

This claim would need to be substantiated as this is almost impossible to prove.

It is clear that @Majora was notified that the name was sniped. You cannot knowingly purchase a sniped name as per the section rules. He would need to repay the victim before he purchases it, since he already purchased the name this will be added to his ban reason, if he applies to pardon he will need to repay this.
